KT just doesn't want to publish the game in the west/leave SEGA to do the work since they think it'll be too much hassle to publish the game and not being able to sell it like hotcakes. What's more important now is whether they'll actually come up with a decent character in January for DOA5. So far, their track record has been mixed. If you're really that sad about not getting DOA Xtreme 3 in America, don't worry. Xtreme will have an "Asian edition", with Japanese, Chinese, and English subtitles, that you can just import. KT has even said to just do that.

PS4 players, Reddit is throwing a DOA tournament on Dec 8th(which I will be running I guess). While it will be a real tournament with the actual tournament ruleset it is going to be super casual. Also the dude running it completely stacked the tournament against me so I would lose/he would win. He got real salty when he couldn't take a single game against me. In comparison to that the only thing that stands out to me about DOAX3 is that weird meat slapping sound that sounds just off enough to make me realize that that is meat being slapped together and isn't actual skin being slapped.

Naotoraa is already out on arcades and will show up on consoles around 17th this month for PC, PS4 and XB1 only. There's a good chance the pre-gen consoles (PS3 & X360) won't even be patched with the latest patch, so if you want to keep up to date, try to get your hands on a version that would end up getting actually patched. She'll be out in EU on 18th.
