It is allegedly sourced from a discussion with a member of CIG staff.

When my friends try to take me to yet another pizza place, claiming that it's New York style, the other east coast native and I just sadly go along. It's easier than trying to explain why they're so wrong. What else are we supposed to do when a table full of people are eating sunchoke and sprout pizza with goat cheese and smoked salmon? Yes... of course it's good. Thank you for bringing us here. Yes, it's just like New York. Oh, I'm just... you know. Not that hungry.

Seattle pizza is horrible. I love New York pizza and Chicago pizza and Italian pizza and Detroit pizza. Seattle pizza is bad food.

I feel like that is a theme with Seattle "oh we have really awesome X", which would only stand up to inspection if you have never had X anywhere outside of the city.

That said Seattle dogs are good when you are totally wasted.

I regret that part. I was just so upset thinking about how these people have treated the very people who make their lives that much better, that once the thought flow started, I didn't want my train of thought interrupted.

Thing of it is that since Oct when these people - of their OWN volition - decided to speak to The Escapist, Chris took 8 hrs to write a high-school term paper deriding myself and The Escapist due to how Sandi was being portrayed. Then, right there in her own emails now revealed (I swear Beer if you are ever on fire and you need someone to piss* on you, I'll be there to do the honors), it is very easy to see just how much easier it is to believe what these people stated about her (specifically) and the culture within.

These are not good people.
