Glue traps seem horrific already Normally they are dead by the time you find them. Mice tend to die of a heart attack pretty quickly. They even die in live traps within hours. Live traps are a waste anyway. They'll just come back. When we used to have to trap woodchucks and squirrels, we'd take them 10 miles away to release them. I swear they still come back sometimes. Glue traps are best in commercial situations. Snappy traps are best for home. On the farm, the big metal traps that can catch mice 10 at a time is best. Barn cats are super helpful too.
