i just tried to pill percy with cerenia. right when i tried to get the pill in the back of his throat he closed his jaws slightly and started chewing the pill. queue foaming (i think due to the taste) and running around being very scared. he's feeling okay now but i have a feeling the next time is going to go worse. he still isn't eating as much i as i want him to. i even cracked a tin of blue buffalo wet food and he was only kinda interested in it. when i brought him into the vet his x-rays came back clean and so did his blood work (sodium was a bit high but still within boundaries).

Be better, Percy.  Have you tried the really cheap grocery store canned food? My cats are OK with wellness, but if I get a can of $0.59/ea wet food they lose their minds. A love of junk food is universal.

Sansa gets a lot of nausea with bad tasting pills. Solution: throw pill into cat's throat, close their jaws tight and massage their larynx. This way they don't chew and the massage stimulates swallowing!
