Sure they're not hugely different, but they're different enough for someone to say "This is my division template" and that appeals to some people.

As a Canadian, I am happy there is an Achivement for playing as Canada. Canada focus tree when? Joining the Axis sounds like suicide, unless you can keep the US out of the war. There are hard cheevos for it for all "sides," so it's definiately do-able. Once you smash out the majors it's a matter of going through all the minors with their tiny little garrisons one by one. Just, uh, that involves either taking over the USSR or the US.

The wiki now has a list of commanders. Everyone on the forums is losing their mind over who's included and who's left out and what their skills are, and I'm just sitting here like, thank God, minors only being expected to have like 2-4ish leaders will really reduce modding overhead.
