The one time I didn't because the knee pads chaffed a bit was the day I rollerbladed down a pebblecrete driveway that was about 15-20 degree decline. Tore the poo poo out of both knees and left a nice set of red 'burnout' marks. Fast foward 25 years and last week I tripped over the curb in my drive way and grazed the gently caress out of both hands, knees and split my head open. Complete with concussion and woke up in a bloody mess not knowing what I had done. Alcohol was involved. Always wear your helmet to the pub kids!

They just enjoy being lovely to others. fake edit: Ha ha ha she really is getting investigated by the LAPD now. I cannot believe how many grown rear end adults ruin their own lives on social media.

As a fat dude trying to lose weight: good. This poo poo is hard enough to stay motivated to do just breaking old eating habits and forcing ourselves to exercise regularly, heckling from the peanut gallery doesn't help.

I cram my bulk into a speedo and go swimming at 8 am to ruin people's days as they walk past the apartment pool to go to the bus.

How is that dude at the fast food joint still alive? That's one situation where use of lethal force would probably be reasonable. Amazing restraint from the cops there.

It doesn't look like he's actually lethally dangerous, though. He's big and pissed and shrugging off tasers, but all of his attacks are really sloppy and not doing much and he's unarmed. Until he starts actually causing serious damage, restraint is still the best option. It's best for cops to not kill people they don't have to, as often as it happens.

Gorilla Salad posted:I was just going to post that. I've never in my life seen anyone take TWO tasers and not even flinch. It's definitely possible that there was a misfire with the taser or that one of the prongs didn't connect on either shot. That's what happened with the "I'll get you bitch" guy, one of the prongs only speared his jacket and never made contact with skin so the taser has no effect.

Even if you DID just mean to only send it to one friend - how is it not still bodyshaming? "I do what I do because I love the female body" - with an implied "as long as it's not on like an ugly gross fatty lol." Her apology sounds exactly like "I'm not sorry for what I did - I'm sorry I got caught." They should find the woman she photographed, and make the playmate sit in a room with her and explain herself. With as many tears and awkwardness as possible. I've had a (mostly) unfeasible idea for a youtube channel for years called "In Front of Your Mom" where you find someone who has said/done some terrible poo poo online to someone else, and make them own it in front of their own moms. The problem would be finding someone who would agree to do that. Lack of accountability is one of my least favorite things about the internet, as wonderful as it is. oh dope posted:well she said in the article she's new to snapchat and she meant to send that picture to a friend, not to make it public. I bet she is working hard to better herself in her own way and hope this doesn't destroy her completely. poo poo, I felt destroyed going to the gym 12 years after leaving the army and have the 30+ year old pundgy stomach that happens and being looked at like i was a piece of poo poo by the new 'dudebro' type members. There's a first version of this where the woman is absolutely silent and unresponsive to the catcalls and harrassment, but I like this one where she responds to it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35KqGNa1FGA There's a whole series of "10 Hours Walking..." videos. Hey, it's more believable than "we found some random catcallers on the street, then found their mothers" EDIT: It does get points though for "the script calls for a fat guy but we can't find one, I know let's just tape a couple cantaloupes under a regular guy's shirt" Xy Hapu has a new favorite as of 21:36 on Jul 16, 2016 |

If I tried that, most of the catcalls would be "Hey buddy, are you ok? Should I call an ambulance?"
