I think "impossible" was hyperbolic. It's really difficult and you need to stay in the marked area. The little things like keeping your feet together during the round off and your knees together during the Arabian double front (and not "cowboying") are what judges look for, and they do it live and at-speed. My sister & I used to do gymnastics as kids (I stopped at 6, she transferred over to cheerleading up through high school) so hitting your marks with precision is pretty impressive to me.
