Anyone else find that doing your first Vanguard Heroic Strike doesn't give you the guaranteed Legendary engram? Figured I might just be rusty, but it was a bit confusing from the tooltip to then not receive anything other than the Marks.

IB is moving to Felwinter's Peak, no more flaming gong in the tower. And you have to unlock Felwinter's Peak in a mission, so I guess you have to buy ROI to play IB. Which everyone still playing is doing anyway but you know people will complain. I wonder how are new players are going to get that ghost in the tower you can only get during IB.
