Holy rear end, it never occurred to me it would be wiki'd. Reading this, I was immediately reminded of seeing it used in Golden Age comics. Reminder to all that at a certain point Stevie Ray tries to get over his trademark insult "fruit booties." He would add "milk-drinking, donut-eating" to it once in a blue moon.
