Sometimes it's not the bomb that's retarded.

Is there a way to re-read an announcement that gets slapped onto the WiiU tablet? It was showing some upcoming Europe sales and MN discounts, but none of that poo poo is live yet.

Majora's Mask (N64) for Wii U.
Breath of Fire 2 (SNES) for N3DS.

So...as of tomorrow, every non-portable Zelda game except Four Swords Adventures is playable on the Wii U.
Most of the portables are there too... you're only missing Link's Awakening really. (The 3DS games too I guess but that's a current gen system so they wouldn't be on VC).

I think there are a bunch of people who can create trailing images. I know some who could do this as if they were just going out for a stroll.
Don't forget the Oracles! And technically the original Four Swords, if you want to count that.

Nothing all that incredible but the Kirby Wii game is worth 10 bucks.

Lego Jurassic park and batman are also ten bucks. Are either of them worth a play?

Can you play this game on the Wii U tablet? I know the Wii mode sometimes has some weirdness where you have to get a wiimote out and I don't own any.

The "weirdness" is derived from a single question: "Does this game have Classic Controller support?"

The answer in this case is no, it doesn't. Wii remote only.

Which is real dumb on the devs' part tbh, it only uses sideways remote controls so why couldn't they make it support a controller that you actually want to hold in your hands and has all of the required buttons?

Probably the same thinking behind Other M's idiotic control scheme; Everyone has a Wiimote by default, not everyone has a classic controller.

Nintendo of Europe apparently (accidentally?) released their eShop "Cyber Deals" early through their Start Screen. They're not yet in effect, but here they are:
  • Starfox Zero -30%
  • Starfox Guard -30%
  • Zelda: Twilight Princess -30%
  • Pullblox World -40%

There's also discounts you can get through My Nintendo:
  • Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE -30%
  • Yoshi's Woolly World -40%

I wonder if the joycons will be able to be used as substitutes for wiimotes once the Switch is out? Like, in terms of Wiimote-only games like the Galaxies.

Edit: I guess there's no evidence that they have any sort of motion tracking.

...I wonder if Wiimotes will be able to be used anymore?

I've played other games where that was Luigi's weakness. It was far more egregious in Galaxy 1 than I can ever recall.
