There also appears to be a key in that small park-ish area in the north west corner. Even if the host-ff won't be as visually spectacular as, say, the model-off in Zoolander I can't wait to see where this goes.

Final Fantasy X-2 never said Tidus name either, through out the entire game they just refer to him as that person or use similarly vague phrases to refer to him. Although they did refer to his name is Kingdom Hearts, pronouncing it tee-dus., though in in Kingdom Hearts 2 he's called to as tie-dus. Also funny you should bring up card games, in a recent Famitsu issue they said that the hostess stuff in Yakuza 6 has been reworked to be some sort of card based mini-game.

I wanted to give y'all in here a heads up that we're thinking about going a stream where we sit and get through as much of the hostess stuff as we can manage. There seems to be a sidequest behind doing them, but I don't think they can hold their own videos like the host club stuff could, so I think a giant stream video thing would be the most painless way to do it. No details quite yet, but I just wanted to get the idea floating around here.

Saya was very happy with the length of this. (Yes, I occasionally talk in the third person, judge me all you want, I don't care,) but I have a request too. Could you maybe try to keep dialogue on the screen longer? I pause all the time to read it but I would prefer not to have to do that.

There's definitely a time of day mechanic that effects when you can start certain side stories. Also, about the friend heat actions, I think they may have been absent from Yakuza 3, but I know 4 and 5 had them.

The last few episodes before the hiatus, I watched pretty much everything on 150% or 200% playback speed. This wasn't due to you or AP. The game just started to feel like it was drawing things out and it became a slog. The episode where you guys made no progress. Those drat random battles with an unskippable intro! drat it game, be more clear about what to do and let me beat up goons without having to watch Kazuma's popped collar for the umpteenth time!  After that, I just didn't have the spirit anymore to keep watching. Just finished bingewatching from episode 50 onwards right now and it feels pretty fresh again. Good to know we're nearing the end of the game! Personal highlight: seeing some dude named Kurosawa get HEAT moved to "not-death" with a samurai helmet. Twice! In the same episode.

Most people think Norway is just the populated bits in the South, but nope, that nation is a snake, going up and curling around.

Okay, I have to mention this. Video before last, by the exit to the champion district there was a woman with a marker you didn't talk to and in the latest vid there was another one you ran right by. I know it's way too late now and that watching a video gives you way more chances to notice things than when you're actually playing but drat was it frustrating to watch you go by them.
