I think that's an albino/otherwise pure white racoon, when it puts its front right paw on the blue rocking horse, it looks way more raccoon than cat to me. I stared for longer than I want to admit trying to figure it out because my initial thought was also cat.

As a rule, you should bare minimum deeply investigate any place that allows you to pet things like big cat cubs-- there's a lot of places that will claim to be legit conservation outfits but are no such thing in practice. I'm sure it's possible there might be a place that does it legitimately but it's pretty much safe to assume that if it's letting you pet their wild animal cubs, it's actually pretty shady. (OP is 101% correct that big cat "sanctuaries" that let you close enough to hear purrs are almost universally poo poo, but drat. I cried too much at that link.)

I went to Big Cat Rescue a few weeks ago. It seemed like a good place to me. This Tumblr (as legit a source that it can be) seems to have worked there and feels like they are a good place too.

Climbers returned at night. I told them abot bear. They told me that they met bear too. They told me that Lena saw an rear end of a bear and cried: "What terrible rear end! " The bear escaped.
I saw moose when i was in geological practice.
