Don't let the "keep exploring" message in that pop-up fool you either, you can't complete virtually any of the other side poo poo in your list either. You're literally done at that point, apart from maybe talking to NPCs again if you haven't yet.

Hey remember in Mass Effect 1 when you meet a reaper, maybe Sovereign, over holo link and he(?) says that you couldn't possibly understand what the Reapers are doing because you're only a human and it's too enlightened and complex? Then in the space of five years Bioware have to figure out what that insanely deep and complex thing is and it turns out the Reapers want to kill everyone so everyone doesn't kill everyone? Well that was stupid but I still enjoyed flying the Normandy around and leading away parties and punching reporters and hanging up on dignitaries.
