Sorry, nexo knights are awesome. The grey/blue/trans orange color palette owns, we got a bunch of sets with really big wheels which own, and the minifigs owned too. An ogre with a mohawk? gently caress yeah.

I think my only complaint with the series is too many of the vehicles are based on technic structures, there's not enough "pure build" bricks in there. But that's kind of SOP for lego right now, pretty much all chassis' have technic structure.

I think lego should make some sort of fantasy warhammer-lite style table top game played with minifigs and all sorts of siege equipment and fantasy races and poo poo. People would go ape over it, license to print fat stacks.

\/ Oh I know about fan games, I'm talking about something official from lego along with a whole line of sets of figures. It seems like such a potentially lucrative angle.

Saw a bunch of €100 sets reduced to 70 the other day and immediately thought of buying some purely as an investment. Just City stuff though. Ever since learning how much the Green Grocer goes for even used I can't shake the feeling I should use mine to finance the Detective's Office and then some.

People really would buy the crap out of that. Imo something like that would be it's coolest if the models were sourced from an ideas type site.

Frostgrave can be played with lego bricks and that's actually what my wife and I play it with. Tabletop figures are a sperg trap I refuse to wander into.

The one time I have played D&D we played with my friends LOTR Lego and it made it a lot more fun visualizing stuff and using minifigures and their accessories. It'a actually a big part of what got me back into Lego. My friend had this big collection and I couldn't belive how cool Lego sets have gotten and I thought all the variety in minifigure accessories was so cool.

Now I play a tabletop RPG's once a month with a bunch of District Attorneys's and they always ask me to bring Lego :haw: because it makes the whole experience more fun. I think I have like 250 minifigures now so I can usually rig up something pretty good for whatever the plot calls for.

Bricklink has a decent tracker of what sets have sold for recently on E-Bay along with what is currently for sell too.

I made a thread so Legoons can have first dibs before I hit local channels. Prices are negotiable for sure, just needed an average because LEGO values are all over the place.

My partner and I use LEGO figures instead of standees for a bunch of board games. We play a ton of Eldritch Horror, so I have a few custom figs that match the investigators there well. (Or at least close enough - we use Marceline for the musician and Lord Business for the politician)

Everything working.

Yep, the geforce config tool should not be forcing any settings on LDD, otherwise your bricks become non-euclidian geometry.

This may not be to everyone's taste, but I just watched this LRR video (the 1:10:16 mark), where they play Keep Talking and Nobody Legos. Basically the game Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes (where one person has a bomb defusal manual and the other has a bomb, and neither can see what the other is doing), except with Lego. One person has a manual missing its cover, and the other has a pile of pieces, and has to build on the first one's directions. Except as a twist, the one with the manual has to use a speech jammer. They go for about a half-hour.

Might be an interesting LUG or convention game, though I think it helps when neither player is too familiar with Lego. Definitely don't want anyone familiar with the set, so a custom build might be needed for AFOLs.

It's hard to photograph without good diffused lighting, but I also think it's just straight up difficult to get the right angle with lego. Most official sets look bad to me until I see them in person.

I presume that's due to old drivers since I tested LDD on my 1070 and it looked fine with the outlines. I've got geforce experience uninstalled, as should everyone.

Use this site http://goatleg.com/headid.html and play around with the head colors until you find one that is a close enough match. I tried "dark flesh" and came up with these matches https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?searchName=Y&catType=P&catID=238&colorPart=91&q=-&q=

If you find match click on the part number and it will bring you to a list of sellers of just that part.
