Absolutely worth it, MK8 is great. If you get into it, you'll play online more than you anticipate.

Step up from X for sure, but that seems a bit intense for a normal battle theme. Vince MechMahon posted:Should I buy Arms? I think whether or not you buy ARMS on launch should depend on how much mileage you think you can get out of the online, cause that's the real meat of the game.

Honestly I don't really see any reason not to dive into the online of ARMS, unless you have garbage internet or something. There are plenty of casual modes you can just play for fun. The main thing that makes online suck is salty people talking poo poo, but its a Nintendo game so they can't really do that. Or at least you can't tell when they do
