Turns out the secret to the George/Herc strategy is to put defense CEs on him so he lasts the whole way through. I've done like five 40 APs since and it's been a dawdle.

You should be happy either way, Tamamo Cat is an AoE zerker best suited for clearing exp hands, while Vlad is a pretty powerful single target berserker who can do some really silly poo poo once vanilla Tamamo gets added to the game

For the newbies: there is a boss near the end of Septem that has a "?" instead of a Class. It is strong versus the Knight Classes (Saber, Archer, Lancer) and weak versus the other four.
