The majority of my 30 posts here since 2011 are inquiries into whether or not some average to above average starter is an NFL Caliber QB still the best TFF meme ever, and my first ever GDT was a classic Romo choke job on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 (complete with awful snap and crazy 4th quarter comeback), and this was around what I consider "peak Romo" - he was at his most underappreciated at this time, and the "ROMO WONT WIN THE BIG GAME" narrative had really taken off making for some pretty hilarious material. IS JOE FLACCO AN NFL CALIBER QB? ROMO CAN'T WIN THE BIG GAME IS ELI MANNING ELITE? Jets were good (for all of 3 more months before this current rotten stretch) poo poo was good

My first TFF post I think was in 2010 when there was a discussion about Belichick and someone said there should be a version of Johnny Fiveaces with him I was bored at work so I did one in Photoshop and everyone was all YES! and LOL! and then immediately someone else posted a better one and mine was forgotten and that was a sign that I would have a forgettable TFF posting career

My first TFF post was a rivals pun about the patriots playing the giants in 2011 and how they would get revenge for 18-1. It was my only probation until 2016 when I got a second for some dumb mod challenge in gbs that happened after I posted in the thread and everyone got 6. Then they go and lose the super bowl again just to really make that post bad.

I've been posted on SA a good long time, don't remember when I started posting in SAS (although I do remember my screen name at the time was my real name), but I do have fond memories of that guy who had to carry out his Toxx praising either the Seahawks or 49ers for 600 posts. He made it to 387 and a mod told him he'd done enough.

I'm not sure it's necessarily a bad thing and it's probably part of the increasing insularity of the forums in general. On the other hand, I've increasingly turned to other sources for NFL analysis.

When the Warriors used to suck Summer was always the longest wait but now the Warriors almost always play well into June and suddenly you blink and training camps are starting  This is a change I can live with unlike when the Warriors season was over before January and I had to rely on A's baseball to get me through the dog days. Football is soooo closeeeee
