We've acquired a friend for Boston! Allow me to introduce Philly, a 5-month-old female tabby. She's incredibly ballsy, loves to play, and loves animals more than people, which is perfect for us. As soon as we brought her home, she was charging around exploring the apartment, playing and purring. No fear at all. https://twitter.com/ANNZac/status/887408013849411584 Boston is somewhat frightened of her (she keeps trying to tackle-charge him and he's not ready for that level of friendship so his tail poofs up and he starts crying), but they're already comfortable laying across from one another and have stopped the minimal amount of hissing that occurred in the first five minutes or so of their acquaintance. (I would explain what happened, cuz it was pretty funny, but I got video of it, so I'll upload that later.) She's been home like two hours and already seems like a comfortable part of the family. They'll get used to each other soon, I'm sure.    Already eating Boston's food. And he lets her. The big baby.  She also looks to be getting along great with Olive! We're just introducing them through her cage for now, but Olive is totally comfortable around her, and Philly seems to understand that a rabbit is not a cat and has not tried to swipe at her through the bars, just licked her fur and some friendly mutual sniffing.    With any luck, we'll get some pictures of three cute animals together soon.

When she was found a few months ago, she had minor burns on her face and chest of some kind (only remaining evidence is her more scraggly half-grown whiskers on one side), and her voice is a little smoker-y when she meows. (She was also rescued while in combat with an adult stray cat.) I'd like to think her adventurous past is responsible for her fearless attitude.    I promise this is the last batch of pics for a bit, but my partner takes way better photos than me so I must share.

Met a nice Chinese lady who lives in the building across from me tonight. She was carrying a chill gato on a walk around the neighborhood. I’ve seen her walking around with the cat before and found it fascinating so I wanted to say hello Him name Tuan Tuan (sp?) but I didn’t ask for pictures

Depends on the dialect. In Cantonese and Mandarin its 'maow' In Hokkien it's 'meow/neow' Pretty much whatever the animal says.
