Jericho's character has been awesome, but his wrestling hasn't really stood out. He's kinda boring in-ring to me. Nakamura had very good matches with Finn, Sami, Joe, and Roode. Also his match with AJ at WK10 is one of my favorites of all time.

This tournament is a two year cycle, so that's how I compare the wrestlers. Nakamura has had probably triple the number of 4+ star matches during that timeframe. I'd take any Joe/Nak match over any Jericho/KO match. Yes, Jericho has had a fun resurgence. I'd argue that it's kind of overrated because the rest of raw is so loving boring. None of their matches really set my world on fire.

That's mostly how I view it, though I think there's something to be said about considering someone who's really come on as of late or someone who's fallen off. Since July-ish 2015 (the last WH tourney), Jericho has had 3 singles matches rated 4*+ by Meltzer, Nakamura has had 11. Obviously not the be all end all, but says enough about the gap between their talent levels in the last few years.
