I read somewhere that the average age of DSA people before the election was 65 and now it's 30, I'm sure that's jarring for the old people club that kinda kept DSA afloat for the last 40 years.

I don't think that article is that bad. The author is fairly open that what he's proposing is basically just liberalism, and his point that the DSA needs to define what exactly it wants to do is well-taken. And if it is going to be a Marxist socialism that involves changing our economic system, you're going to have to do a lot of work to justify that and flesh out how it's going to take shape.

There's already 2-3 office administration-type folks there, so it's probably just another person to split duties with.
