Legit, if Boudica had been an Avenger class and displayed more of what her personality probably should have been (I loving HATE ROMANS AND ROME) she would have been way better. It makes no drat sense that she should get along so well with Nero and be her friend/rival at all in Septem, further reinforcing that early game F/GO is garbage.
