That's a place that both makes their own pizza dough and also vastly overprepared their number of ready-to-go dough skins for the night prior.

The dough gets warmer while in the dumpster, continues to rise and over-proof, eventually turning into a giant sticky blob that, due to the yeast content reeks like old stale beer.

The year before that he would swing the axe we used to chop wood at the kids. This was in a subdivision just outside the town we lived in and people told him swinging a sharp axe at kids wasn't safe. The chainsaw was a compromise.
