There’s probably money to be made developing pizza standards and selling licenses and certifications.
I wouldn’t want to audit most of the pizzas in this thread, however.

I passed on them a couple of weeks ago when they were half price because they were made by 420 and their meat pies suck. If they were made by sargents or an even better brand then I would have a freezer full.

The Neapolitan pizza rules are a big scam to get rich American chefs and restaurant owners to visit to get certified in pizza.

I recently found a 1992 recipe book titled "Fruity Delicacies" lying in a hallway near our apartment and picked it up because it seemed interesting. I was greeted with foodstuffs that are probably fairly tasty but really haven't photographed well:

"Avocado mash with salmon chops"

"Chicken-grape salad"

"Cherries with vanilla jelly"

"Cognac grapes"

"Pork fillets with kiwi fruit sauce"

Some of them do actually look tasty, but there are still a bunch pretty unappetizing ones. I'll post them later if people are interested :)

As a tangentially-related shameless plug, I was inspired by the predictive text generator recipes posted ages ago and have recently started a twitter account that occasionally posts similar stuff. Some of them are just purely generated recipes but many of them combine old recipes and the script of Lord of the Rings:

After seeing this I couldn't help but post another recipe from the (also 1992!) recipe book:

"Filled pineapple"

The small pastry pineapple definitely doesn't look appealing, but I'm having some trouble figuring out what this one is filled with.

It contains:
6 kiwi fruits
3 tablespoons almond flakes
2½ dl (~1 cup) orange juice
2 dl (~0,8 cups) creme fraiche
salt
black pepper
a pinch of sugar

This sounds like a rather odd mix of sweet and savoury...?

Just going by the thumbnail, I thought the salmon was being served in the hollowed peel of the avocado, and the idea upset and intrigued me.

That's essentially just a Piña Loca, right? A common but not ubiquitous staple in American Mexican restaurants. Regrettably, the shrimps in that one look more like grubs than the actual grubs on the pizza and tarragon doesn't thrill me in this context but aside from that it sounds nice.
