Yay! Completed 3 trainer Mewtwo yesterday with 48 seconds left on timer. Got lucky with moveset, Psycho Cut/Shadow Ball and we Ttar'd our way to victory. Didn't get that coveted 100% Mewtwo, but I did get the more dubious (but equally rare) 10/10/10

For some reason when I was in Vienne in France last year, they were everywhere. Six of those uknowns were caught within a relatively small Roman amphitheatre over about half an hour, and the rest over a couple of days. Only ever seen one aside from that. If you want to get really annoyed, I was in Brno in Czechia last month and happened to notice a raid starting up in a small park right next to our hotel. One raid, one ball, one 90% Kyogre. Our discord server used to give out notifications when there was a unown in the area, and I caught 12 that way. They stopped doing it, and I stopped caring at that point.

I just realized, I'm gonna have to try to look for a new Discord for my area now that I've moved. There's a single gym in my visible range, so I guess I found my "home gym". Seems to rotate daily between red and blue, so I should have a steady coin stream before long.

I think I got to #6 or #7 before I caught a groudon, and articuno evaded my girlfriend for the longest time. 0/4 is not a particularly unusual ratio for legendaries.

Lots of people apparently getting EX passes at gyms they've never raided at, or raided months and months ago. One friend knows the only time he raises there was 8/18/17, because that's where he got his first perfect legendary, and his only perfect Articuno. So the date is in the game. I got one for a gym I've hit frequently overall, but not much lately. Either Niantic hosed up, or they're trying to relight the hype by getting moee passes out. "You guys learned to trigger gyms, huh? Well gently caress you, we're changing it."

My GF and I both just got an ex raid pass. To a raid in Florida at a gym we only put pokemon in back in September. Got one for the next town over in a stop I've only ever spun, and that would have been months back. Could make it but having a tough time convincing my partner that it's a good use of a couple of hours on a Sunday when I could be spending time with her and the kid...
