They'd run Punishment Martinez vs Dalton Castle a lot. The NJPW hookup lets them keep their gates high without actually having to do anything. That's the most quintessential american thing in wrestling today.

And doing nothing is the problem, it feels like any good direction that doesn't involve the Bucks has been left to either or die ever since Lethal/Briscoe in 2015.

The Toronto show lineup is not great but that's because ROH's roster is pretty bad these days. I'm only going this year because my younger brother wanted to go, and it will be his first wrestling show ever.

so they did an injury angle on TV...for shows taped a month ago, injuring his hand but they still let him wrestle after the tapings were over 2 weeks ago and I see no accounts where he worked injured jesus loving christ this company

I mean I know ROH tapes horribly out of date and it gets loving weird I mean last year in LOwell, I had to watch throughy 4 consecutive segments of Silas Young and Beer City Bruiser waddling out from backstage with a sign that progressively read "It's been And the sign wasn't even loving right because next weekend was the G1 USA special and Lethal worked that show!

Well, my brother loved his first wrestling show. I thought it was overall pretty mediocre. Bucks vs SSB was sick as hell but most of the first half was just like, fine. They didn't advertise the Briscoes but then had them do a run-in and yell about how they're men, yet they didn't wrestle. They officially confirmed Castle was out 14 minutes before showtime and said he'd be replaced with a mystery partner. But then I guess on top of that Flip Gordon had flight problems so he also wasn't there, so they wound up taking Bushi out of the match and having EVIL, Sanada, and Tanahashi against Kenny King, Jay Lethal, and mystery partner Colt Cabana. It was a fun main event with some silly Daryl Jr. bits but overall the show was just... fine.

Oh yeah he was on the apron and someone (I forget who, maybe Sanada) gave him like a sunset flip powerbomb to the outside and it looked like he smashed the back of his head off the railing. It was gross.
