Had fun at the IWC show lot of blah matches, but some good ones like Ophidian vs Gory and Justin Plummer (owner of IWC/underling at my aunt's workplace) vs Jack Pollack (Lance Storm trained guy) in a really fun street fight which was Plummer's first match (the most dangerous thing being that Plummer went on the keto diet to get in shape) Bought an Atlantis mask at the Sam Adonis merch table; nice guy his match with Rey Bucanero was cool even though Sam nearly killed himself with a SSP that turned into basically a diving head but.

Didn't really sound like rent cost being the reason considering they claimed they lost 800 Congress due to a "certain pre-show altercation" and that other venues backed out at the last minute on learning it was pro wrestling., Why they would have only known it was wrestling at the last minute I've always wondered. Yeah I have to be honest I didn’t have any desire to watch indies until the last year or so (production is usually so dire or I have no idea who is on the card), but guys like PCO, Walter, and Matt Riddle have changed that a lot.

I was at a tiny one off wrestling show in Trinity College in Dublin, last week. There was a ref bump and then the wrestlers took the shirt off the ref, and ran out and gave it to me and told me to ref the match (for a little bit). This was a complete surprise and the best thing that's happened in ages.
