Inspire Pro in Austin has PCO for September 2 and it'll be my first time seeing him live. They're also promoting MJF vs ACH so I'm doubly excited. Haven't made it out to an Inspire show yet - their self-promotion is lousy and I never know when their shows are actually happening.

Oh my god I'm even more sold than I was before. They don't have the match listed on their site as far as I could find but I love Dalton. Hell yes. Also I should say their online promotion game is weak specifically. So many other indies are great with Instagram and Twitter but Inspire feels absent.

Janela is def on WWE's radar. I believe that was part of his contention with CZW because he wanted to open up more dates in case he needed to move closer to Florida.

It isn't remotely as advanced as that. New Jersey-based Penelope Ford not getting a tryout or doing extra work as pretty as she is and how far she come along as a worker should tell you things. I think/believe Joey is still climbing out of the hole he dug for himself WWE wise after Zandig roof bump. I do think WWE could be in his future and Joey seems to think that too hence stepping away from the harder end of hardcore. Also, US indies are running dry and NXT feasts on indie buzz. Eventually, his name has to be called.

For all the talent being snapped up from the indies, I wonder why Gresham, Hot Sauce and Swerve or some of the more accomplished Chikara talents like Hallowicked and Ophidian haven't gone for WWE tryouts.

Swerve has a Lucha Underground contract Gresham really deserves a tryout, but he's also 5'4" and even the WWE cruiserweights would tower over him

Gresham is under contract to ROH. Hallowicked and Touchdown have good shoot jobs and are happy having wrestling as a side hobby.

The only bad time I ever had at Inspire in Austin was when their show use to be in the storage room of a movie theater with the AC broken in a Texas summer. But otherwise, it was great and Dirty Andy was too tired to spit at me.
