Regarding the podcast, does anyone remember which episode and maybe even about what time they talk about the origin of "ya basic".

I think it’s right at the end, that would be 14/15 with her and Joe Mande. All I know is that it’s devastating.

Mantzoukas Manzoukased the shirt out of the podcast today. I'm still not the biggest fan of Zouks' style of humor, but hearing how he approached Derek means I retroactively dislike the character substantially less.

Today’s podcast confirms that in “Leap to Faith” Jason’s “magic panda” from the failed escape plans actually appears teleporting around in the background.

In like ep 3 of s2. When they're in mindy st clares place they look through their previous plans that the've forgotton. One of those previous plans was 'capture that magic teleporting panda and steal its powers' (a jason plan). The cgi guy addef a magic teleporting panda to tie off the joke

I’ve determined the joke is now funnier since it probably wasn’t Jason’s plan after all since the magic panda was real. They just assumed it was his because of how stupid it sounded.

I donno, Jason's a dingdong but he has his moments. It could be that it was Jason's plan and the panda was a real thing (that Michael created). Or the panda is a good place spy

Mike's drawing at the beginning really got me and then the Trolley simulations just kept the funny going. Evil Ted Danson is amazing. I'm hopeful the writers bring him back to form in season 3. You could tell there was some introspection after season 1 and in season 2 they focused more on what worked (namely, more Ted Danson).
