People would buy a lot more incubators if they had a good idea they'd get a regional. Making them rare just means more people will stop buying poo poo because they get discouraged. It's not like the lottery where you can still get some cash if you pick the right powerball.

How about you have a 1/4 chance to get a regional, a 1/4 chance to get a Porygon or Tangela, and 1/10 chance to get a shiny anything?

Yes, all the birds right now get their special moves like on their featured day, even Articuno with Hurricane as a charge move is here, and was apparently a legacy move from some Japan-only event a while back.

Articuno: Hurricane (charge)
Zapdos: Thunder Shock (fast)
Moltres: Sky Attack (charge)

After failing to get a shiny Moltres from Moltres Day, my first raid today got me one. I was bemoaning how if I got a shiny, it wouldn't have the exclusive move but I checked and there it was. Pressure's off for the rest of the event week now.

Fought a dratini raid on my way to work which was awesome. Than I opened up 15 gifts and got zero eggs which was not awesome. But I evolved a Shiny Espeon yesterday so I've got that going for me.
