when I was a youth I could swim underwater the whole length of a 50m pool also win almost every game of sharks & minnows by diving straight down in the deep end and going across on the bottom now I have hosed up eardrums from all the swim ear I got

I did just over 7 minutes once. That’s hypoventilating for 10 minutes with 20-30 second inhalations and exhalations then hyperventilating for a minute with short breaths before hand.
