The early ones were plenty of fun, but they've added so much polish since then. I'm about 15 hours into 5 at the moment, and I think I'm only maybe a third of the way through the story. There isn't enough time in the world to catch up on all of the series.

Unless it's a really obscure game it's not that hard to find manuals online. Took me two seconds to find the one for Mega Man that erroneously calls the creator of The Blue Bomber Dr. Wright.  That said, yeah, they really should include them with the games.

They used Wright, Right and Light and also Wily and Willy interchangeably in the early games. Nobody gave much of a poo poo about translating video games back then, cause it's all bleeps and bloops anyway, who cares?

Here's an afterthought for folks on the fence between Starlink physical or digital- If they ever do a sequel, the toys from the first game will likely be compatible with the second, that is generally how this dead dumb genre works. Kind of doubt digital purchases would carry over though.
