My favorite part after events is seeing Jigglypuffs pop up, since I like collecting them. Oddly though, I only really seem to see them for a day or two post-event, then I don't see them again for a good while. Question about being in range for raids - is it mandatory to stay in spinnable range of the gym you're raiding the whole time for the following? - Raid countdown - Raid battle - Post-raid capture Since I wasn't sure, I did a Gengar raid and caught it in the rain with wind while holding an umbrella and two phones, which wasn't as ideal as doing it somewhere with cover. As if to give me some leeway though, I got the hissing thing which insta-catches on my second account with my first throw, so I didn't have to stand out as long. This also does not bode well for tomorrow's Community Day, since the forecast is more rain.

Oh! I did not know that. I have had a lot of very good luck with shiny spawns (on Moltres day I was busy so had time for one raid which gave me a shiny, the first Pinsir I ever caught was a shiny) but that luck ran out for cyan pony friend. Didn't see even one the whole event.

I can participate meaningfully in pretty much any raid they could put up, can clear out gyms with minimal hassle, and I've levelled my favorites as high as I can for now. So the Stardust just piles higher and higher. I've also done exactly one trade to complete one of the legendary quests, so I guess maybe that's what keeps people low on Stardust all the time?

I should never have evolved my pure luck encounter shiny Golbat that I got in Sun/Moon. Green bat with pink underwings made more sense than pink bat with green underwings.

They extended it by 2 hours after things got working again but my battery wouldn't last that long. Only got 4 shiny but it's enough and one was a 91 so I can't complain (well I CAN and WILL but you get the idea) Have got my phone on charge and popped an incense in a last ditch attempt to get what I can in the last hour only 11k xp off hitting 38, gutted I couldn't quite do it today because of all the network poo poo
