KH1 used to have two difficulties normal and expert and expert is one of the worst experiences I've had doing a higher difficulty run on an action game because there are bad boss fights in that game that become even worse when you rebalance them the way expert mode did. My opinion has soured on it substantially without a replay since then and I can only imagine it'd get worse with a replay. KH2 has some of the best secret bosses/bosses in general ever and I want them to play it solely to watch them experience the magic of the end game boss fights Edit: DDD is the one game imo where you can be paying total attention and still end up going "what the gently caress" by end game. Kingdom Hearts story is great, it's literally the perfect synthesis of Square and Disney storytelling methods and themes. Anyone who can't appreciate something so absolutely earnest and serious about its dumb anime Feels-driven narrative and pointlessly convoluted lore and amazingly whimsical and childish sense of morality is just dead inside. I'm stoked that they're playing this and probably 2 leading up to a KH3 LP. I would have never expected this to show up as a Best Friend's game even after they did FF10. It's gonna be a ride.
