I alone can see through the media bias.

I'm also stupid on a scale that can only be measured in Reddits.

40oz to Freedom by Sublime

I can do this too. Dookie, Green Day.

I was a bit young compared to this album's audience. I was 11-12 in '94. All my slightly older friends dug it (I hung out with a bunch of older teenaged chicks at the time outside of school cuz of one of my hobbies), and it became one of the anthem albums of my middle school years

It wasnt just a time and place thang tho. The album is musically solid. I dont care that its become trite in the interim. If you have complaints about this opinion I invite you to blow me.

You just made me remember that I once bought a bunch of 1€ CDs from a used store mostly for box art/band name curiosity, and the one that fascinated me the most was by a band called Gay Dad.

The title is phenomenal of course, but the most fascinating thing is that it's not complete poo poo. It's nowhere near a perfect album but it was good enough that me and my wife put it on during long car trips which is one hell of an achievement for a 1€ used CD called Gay Dad.

'Sheet Music' by 10cc. This album is simply perfect. 10 tracks on it and every single one is amazing. The remastered version of it was on Youtube, but I can't find it anymore so I guess it got deleted.

Like I said; every single track is amazing so I can't pick any standouts. So here are two random tracks:

I prefer to listen through albums, I think Dark Side is great throughout, but I'm sure you could make a case it's not up to your definition's snuff.

Anyway, I rather enjoy Explosions in the Sky's 'The Rescue.'
