The best appetizer I had was "popcorn shrimp" at a british place in switzerland. They were enormous fried shrimp with popcorn in the batter served with some kind of oyster sauce. It looked bizarre and it was 30 dollars for like 4 of them, but it was worth it.

Red Delicious can gently caress off. It’s a garbage apple for idiots. Apple technology is way more advanced than it was when you were a kid. Fuji, Braeburn or Pink Lady for me. It’s like 20 cents more a pound. Who would even buy Red Delicious for anything other than feeding horses and hogs?

There's this place in maui that makes a clam/mussel appetizer in some amazing sauce that's a mix of sake/garlic/cocaine and it is just loving ridiculously good, easily the best shellfish I've ever had
