Shallow and poorly balanced real time strategy game on a grandscale. I don't see what the console version includes, but there's over $150 worth of DLC on the PC version, which is typically of Paradox titles.

Stellaris is not shallow. And yeah, it was very unbalanced at launch, but paradox grand strategy games are always aggressively patched and updated. Stellaris today actually plays nothing like it did at launch, and is much improved. I'm just not sure why/how you would play this on a console. Gamepad seems like a terrible interface for stuff like this.

If console Stellaris is anything like console Cities: Skylines then it will be behind the PC version and missing DLCs and the actual ability to mod. I played the console version Cities: Skylines for a few days before I realized how much more fun the PC version would be.

IIRC Sleeping Dogs (which was actually good) was on PS+ like 8 months after its release or something like that.
