I can't find it, but my favourite parody of this scene is when some kids throws a baseball through his window and he becomes a baseball themed 'Bat'man

Like he's jumping around in a uniform with little pennant flags for bat ears.

Scrooge McDuck is also the only one of those roles you mentioned where David Tennant actually gets to use his real accent.

Against all logic, the character he plays that sounds the most like him is the cartoon duck.
