I have no useful advice and I dunno if we're in-game friends but I'd be more than happy to call you a dumbshit anyway. Personally, If you have any better riders, I'd swap them for Medusa. The event damage bonus is not going to really make a level 60, unskilled Medusa useful, if you have a more leveled beefier rider put them up instead. Same also might be true for Cu. This is mostly biased towards doing the hardest version of the nodes up, anyway, but those aren't (IMO) enough of a difficulty jump that I'd prefer a lower tier. I'd also maybe swap the positions of Edison and Helena, because that's a really good Helena and I prioritize checking the class node before going to the 'any' node, though I admit that's entirely my own preferences.

enemies have multiple health bars in order to prevent people from wiping bosses in a single turn. it also allows for additional mechanics like bosses changing class or gaining buffs/debuffing you once you break one of their health bars. basically a mechanic that allows for more variety and strategy in boss fights.

Some enemies now have multiple health bars you have to go through before they actually die, and often will have some sort of effect happen whenever a bar gets cleared (e.g. an attack or NP charge buff or a debuff clear). You can't rely on one-shotting strategies for these enemies anymore since emptied ("broken") bars don't clear until the end of the turn so you have to put a bit more thought and planning into when to use NPs and such.

I have rolled 2 Angra Mainus this year but 0 Parvatis or Kamas in however many hundred rolls. eat a dick dw. Why is there no sparking  It was all free quartz but it still really sucks. I remember this event from JP. IIRC the strategy I used was to equip several Wolves of Mibu, because the increased rate of grinding from being able to finish the rounds faster (and just using some of my many apples to restore AP) ended up working out better time-wise than using the "increase points/items" CEs. Having Tesla is also nice for this event. The levels themselves also drop really nice stuff. Medals, pages, gears, and those crystals!

How long does it typically take to get a handful of guys up in level enough that Im not relying 100% of the time on my friends list to beat everything? Herc is stuck at 50 and Cu is starting to look like a liability since every event and story map so far has been packed with sabers. It just takes so much farming to catch anything else up right now and my AP pool is so tiny that I can typically only run the 40AP one once unless it levels me up.

The last time I seriously tried to run through my apple count during the Christmas lotteries, I still only wound up using like 40-50 apples. If you have over a hundred apples, you effectively have infinite AP, so don't worry about saving them.

Next time a lotto comes around with a bunch of materials and exp cards. Do what you can for the events - getting the event unit and whatever materials you need. What material are you stuck on for Herc?
