I'm not really sure if anything was fixed in BL1 Enhanced, I'm still having the weird audio log/transmitions issue where it sounds muffled and scratchy that I had 10 years ago.

They may not have fixed that (not sure what you're referring to) but you sure you downloaded the separate Borderlands GOTY Enhanced? Borderlands GOTY is not the remaster, even though the title may have been upaded in your library. Pretty significant improvements to textures, mini map added, new videos - should be obvious.

Also nobody is talking about how apparently Hyperion will have weapon mounted shields in 3, or that Torgue will have sticky bomb projectiles as secondary fire which both seem extremely cool to me

Figured it out myself. 1. Start GOTY and exit. 2. Start GOTY Enhanced and you'll see Import Character. 3. You should see your characters here. Now I think you HAVE to start GOTY first, as I didn't and the Imports were not there for me the first time. Haven't played BL1 on my new computer here, so thats why maybe, there was no filed saved locally or such. Edit: Seems you have to log onto each character for achievements to trigger. Not sure if all copy though.

Krieg is very much a 'written yourself into a corner' situation because once he's a viewpoint character you lose all of the 'ex vault hunter supersoldier prototype' stuff because he can't articulate it and nobody knows to go digging into it. He's just an unexplainable friendly Psycho to the rest of the vault hunters. So, on one hand he's very popular, on the other hand, it's not clear where to go story-wise for him. My immediate guess is that he'll get killed off for drama. Other options that I think are less likely are joining Maya with whatever the subplot with her apprentice/daughter/bluehairedminiclone is, and hanging out with the Children of Helios as they try and fix him (and being Ripped Abs Brothers with Vaugn)

If you're having lag and dropped frames when playing Borderlands GOTY Enhanced, make sure it's using your GPU and not the internal. I'm looking at this right now: Intel HD Graphics 530 is NOT the GPU I want it to use.

The only HL3 we got was the fanfic when the script writer left Valve. Let the sass flow! I was able to import my vanilla BL1 characters into Enhanced without first running the older version. They were sitting there from whenever I last played (was too lazy to check the save date).

The elemental effects are still better in the remastered edition than BL2. Watching a man melt from acid or the exploding skull of a man hit with a shock weapon never gets old. Remember back at BL2 launch when they had that whole liquid physics tech showcase in the game for Nvidia and then they took it out of the game?

I saw a couple questions I can answer. My buddy and I started though 1 several months ago and are into 2 UVHM. BL1 has almost perfect XBox controller functionality. My buddy had to use his mouse or keyboard once to set up the LAN or change a setting. VSync can be enabled in the ini. It's willowengine.ini in appdata IIRC. You can also disable the intro movies, the mandatory cutscenes, and the line / shader /whatever effect. The wiki has it all explained very clearly.
