You also have to account for CA just giving up on linear time for the warhammer games and just having all characters they want alive, no matter where in the timeline they actually existed.

Lizardmen don't age since they're genetically engineered weapons for the Old Ones. Slann are so powerful that their psychic presence continues even after death, hence Kroak, but a Saurus or a Skink that lives a long time is basically going to get tougher and tougher like an Orc, except without all the fungal growth bulking them up further.

come to think of it, i think tehenhauin is one of the characters where GW's lore for them ended with a "yeah, by rights this guy should be long dead, but either this is a dread pirate roberts situation or all modern sightings of them are unconfirmable rumors or it's magic bullshit, who cares, here's the rules"-type note, so who the gently caress knows why he's still alive (alith anar had the same thing, iirc)

What kind of GPU does it take to get this game running at 60 FPS on Ultra at 1080p? Also, what does DX12 do for it? Is it worth it? My FPS keeps dipping on ultra with a 1060 6 GB, looking at potential upgrades.

The ratling as a unit on tabletop is a single unit so I'm kinda disappointed you can't just have on that does the work of a whole squad... still though.

Now that thing is a proper bullet hose. The TW2 version isn't that murderously fast, but 30 guns sure mimics the effect well.

High Elves are how imperialists (British or otherwise) see themselves: exceptional, civilised, with a burden to 'protect' or nurture the rest of the world as long as it suits their interests too. Dark Elves are imperialists with the mask off.

Norsca: Pre roman britain and post roman norse invasion of britain. Brettonia: Medieval britain. Empire: Early imperial britain. High elves: Late imperial britain. Orks: Drunk britain Dark Elves: British government.

I've had a hard time getting back into the game because sometimes I find battles tedious and lately I feel like all of my battlefields are more than half forest or ridiculously stupid "Battlefield" terrain, which completely destroys my will to play. Does anyone know if there is a lightweight mod that rectifies this?
