[ASK] me about OS/2 Warp

Bring the old school gear out until it breaks, then keep fixing it until it's more fix than original

one of my bags is from a company called Frostline, and their angle was that they sold assembled outdoor gear, but they ALSO sold literally every component and material and bit, a la carte. So you could refurb your Coleman brand backpack or whatever with Frostline straps, or buy Frostline down stuffing to restuff your favorite sleeping bag that got clapped out. I desperately wish they were still in business today.

not sure exactly; it's somewhere south of the kancamagus in the southernmost part of the forest. think it's in the sandwich range

that's quite clearly a common millipede

the rattlesnake I would say was maybe in the bit over 2 ft range; can kind of get some perspective on it from the footprints nearby -- not huge, but not tiny -- i thought it was a gopher snake when i was first running up on it, then i noticed the colors were all wrong and the lovely rattle on the other end

the millipede is some Tylobolus that I thought was a bit of a branch when i first was coming towards it, especially since it was getting dark, but then I noticed it was moving -- probably a good 4 inches or so

if you're on maui, i found paia to be a really pleasant little town. lived there for 3 months. there was a restaurant downtown called paia fish market with excellent mahi burgers.
