Man, that's some good country living when even money isn't a concern. I've been rereading this series lately, and budgeting was an occasional concern in the early days. On the other hand, everyone around them is just incredibly generous. In one chapter Mikochi loses her wallet while shopping in town and all the shopkeepers continually ply her with "free samples" until they can barely carry it all home. This manga leans hard on the "do good things for others and you will be rewarded a hundredfold" theme.

Spy X Family is about a spy who for his latest mission needed a wife and child in short order, and with there currently being a shortage of female spies, he had to find his own. Thing is, his 'wife' is a contract killer who wants a fake husband so she doesn't come under suspicion as a spy (and stop her brother bugging her about why she hasn't found a man yet), and his 'daughter' escaped from a laboratory that gave her telepathic powers, and just wants a family to settle down with. And all of them are desperately trying to keep their secret identities from each other, with the only one who actually knows who the others really are being the 'daughter', Anya. And all of them are dorks. Vaguely functional dorks, but dorks nonetheless. As it turns out, it is entirely possible for this to get crazier. Only four chapters out on Mangaplus at the moment, so it's a quick catchup.

I think the best part of Spy x Family is that while Anya can read minds she's still a little girl and prone to forgetting stuff, letting stuff slip etc. Its a great portrayal since that archetype usually goes with making the mind reading kid a creepy hyper intelligent manipulator.
