Batista spent most of his WWE career in the Ruthless Aggression locker room, which was when it was still run by notorious pieces of poo poo like JBL and Benoit, and he was buddies with full power trip "Am I loving going over?" era Triple H so I think leaving probably did wonders for him as a person.

I don't know what those reasons are so I have no idea how legit they are or not. But people can absolutely change so maybe he did. I was just saying, its funny thinking back to a time when Batista was widely regarded as an rear end in a top hat and what we'd probably call a "sexpest" these days, compared to how fans view him now. There's always been ex-WWE people telling stories like the Moxley podcast I just listened to. There will always be 22-year-old wrestlers whose dreams are to wrestle at Wrestlemania or on Monday Night RAW as long as those are the standard bearers in wrestling and for who WWE money is more money than they've ever seen in their lives. rovert posted:A fake book review that got traction.
