There was some girls with guns visual novel thing from a few months ago where (IIRC) there was drama leading to their main artist quitting/getting fired because the other people got upset they were spending "too much time" drawing fanart/OCs and were having life problems, refused a offer by the artist to reduce their participation in the project and take a pay cut, and then released the private messages about it in what I can only assume was an attempt to shame the artist and sabotage their future career. IIRC they also cited the artist's refusal to draw porn scenes as a reason for the split.
