On a reread, I'm not liking AA. Something about the light RP but almost complete lack of actual playing feels particularly weird to me. It's not like AA went all in on jokephase and didn't come around to playing Mafia, but they didn't discard it in order to work totally on game stuff. They did a bit of goofing around, then made two minuscule posts once jokephase ended and disappeared. It reads like AA was trying to phone it in to look like they were present but didn't want to risk catching any actual attention. And there being no sign of them since yesterday doesn't bode well, either. ##vote AA

Dropping my noir shtick to say I’ve been checked out of this game today. Not really sure who to vote for, I saw someone call an argument a “townie slapfight” which is like an enormous target for me but beyond that idk where to vote. I completely forgot Tomm was in the game until they came in and dropped a vote on Binus then skedaddled again.

Everyone was too busy staring at their shoes or glaring at each other to say much of anything. I couldn’t blame them, i usually let my knuckles do most of the talking. Still, it bothered me just how quiet the old womanizer was being. Countless questions had been directed at him and the washed up lothario wouldn’t even dignify anyone with a response. Maybe it was time to flip the old man and see what the evidence had to say. The pounding in my head felt like I’d just gone five rounds with Joe Louis without raising my gloves above the waist. If this is what sobriety feels like I’d rather be at the bottom of a bottle. ##vote AA
