FFVIIR actually looks good, I cant believe it. Its probably going to just be midgard at the rate given that the loving guard scorpion is 200x times more complicated than the original

Liked the stagger mechanic, hope the combat system is like a crazy hybrid of 15/13. I think Kitase said straight up the first game is going to be just Midgar but that they expect it will be 2 BR discs.  Probably just means shitloads of uncompressed audio/video tho

This game looks loving good. AS good as a modern remake they could have done. Square didn't gently caress this up. The command stuff looks a lot better than FFXV but I already liked FFXV.

I need Square to stop loving around and give their releases parity across platforms. I don't want to go out and buy a switch just to play that rad looking definitive edition of DQ11 with a sprite-art version and fully orchestrated soundtrack dammit. I mean I want a switch but I can't really afford one right now.
