I know that mods and people in charge of various SA discords have been keeping tabs on nazis for a long time (though also lol at those screenshots, the gently caress dude), but how the gently caress did it come to this point is what I want to know. I know that many of the people in positions of the forums are not stupid people who can figure out that the solution to dealing with nazis is to perma all of them and laugh in their faces until they fuckoff. Yet someone or some number of people were preventing that utterly obvious and simple and effective plan from being enacted and just wtf was the holdup for years and years and years that kept them safe. Ridiculousness of everything else aside, how did it even come to the point that instead of just permabanning a bunch of losers they were de factor protected and insulated from the full consequences of their actions for so. drat. long. Like everyone knows that the solution to nazis is not to reason with them, or bargain, or engage, or trust their promises, you throw them the gently caress out and if you're feeling exceptionally charitable you open the door first before you throw them out. Who or what stopped that from happening for so long?
