We've done it ourselves before, but admittedly it's easier to just get her groomer to do them for us.

my dad dug up my childhood cat Joris from the backyard when we moved, he cleaned the skeleton and he sent it to a taxidermist to make a display out of it, it's almost finished now, looks really cool imo.
