It’s also possible the nuclear explosion of killing an angel got swept along with the spear and made up part of the burning lance that passed through Solomon’s arena ceiling. I’d also be interested in White Chain managing to remain in the world for a few seconds before going back to the void, but I think she just got unceremoniously thrown out of reality to sulk.
