I mean it's also entirely possible QA actually found a bug or something. Slay the Spire has some really weird glitches when you go to sleep mode in certain segments. Stuff like that has to be checked too and it's entirely possible they found "Oh, if we put it into sleep right as you choose the watcher it causes your game to crash while also displaying Bowsette porn for some reason"
